The largest scale Furniture & Interior Trade Fair in Japan Held at Tokyo Big Sight

The Asia Furnishing Fair is a Furniture and interior trade exhibition, remark its 11th edition in the upcoming event. Although its relatively new in the industry, it has consistently expanded in both exhibition scale and visitor numbers with each edition.

Since its second edition, the fair has been held at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan’s premier international exhibition venue and host to numerous large-scale global events. Over the years, the exhibition has grown into one of the largest furniture and interior trade shows in Japan.

Exhibitors from across Japan and overseas gathers, presenting a comprehensive range of products from bed frames, chairs, and sofas to pet furniture and outdoor furnishings. As a result, the Asia Furnishing Fair has earned strong support from professional buyers seeking high-quality furniture and interior products.

Extended Hours – Creating a Relaxed Evening Atmosphere

The exhibition will be extended by 90 minutes, closing at 6:30 PM instead of 5:00 PM (final day closes at 5:00 PM). From 5:00 PM, the venue will transition into an evening mode, offering a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere distinct from daytime hours. This initiative is designed to attract buyers visiting after work and to increase visitor flow from concurrent exhibitions that conclude at 5:00 PM, further strengthening overall attendance.

Expanding Specialized Theme Zones in 2026
Strengthening Our Appeal to Buyers Seeking Targeted Product Categories

In previous editions, we have continuously featured the “Pet Interior Expo – PetSalone” as a special showcase area focused on furniture and interior products for pets. Beginning in 2026, we will introduce three new specialized theme zones in addition. These each area will highly focus to feature: “Furniture & Interior for the Elderly”, “Environmentally Responsive Products”, and “Outdoor Furniture & Interior” to further strengthen our appeal to buyers seeking products aligned with specific market needs and industry trends. Exhibitors wishing to promote products that match these themes are invited to select the relevant theme zone at the time of application.

Each organizer of the joint exhibitions conducts extensive visitor promotion targeting key professionals in their respective industries. Promotional activities include social media campaigns, email newsletters, direct mail invitations, advertisements and editorial coverage in both web and print media, as well as seminar announcements. Visitors registered for any one of the joint co-located exhibitions may enter all exhibition halls without additional registration, allowing them to move freely throughout the entire venue.
